These terms apply to purchases made through the Brothers of Brass online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and availability
We try to describe and photograph products accurately. Screen colors may vary. Hand-dyed merchandise is individually made, so pattern and color placement will vary from the photographs. Inventory is limited and an item shown online may become unavailable.
Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Payment must be authorized before an order is accepted. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, an address cannot be served, pricing is clearly erroneous, or fraud is suspected.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Estimated delivery times are not guarantees, and carrier delays may occur after a package leaves our possession.
Returns and exchanges
Merchandise sales are final except for eligible size exchanges and items that arrive damaged or incorrect. The requirements and process are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Site content
Unless otherwise stated, the Brothers of Brass name, logos, artwork, photographs, recordings, and site content may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission.
Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brothers of Brass is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
